| Our cakes are made from scratch with only the best ingredients including real butter. Our famous butter cream icing is so good it should be illegal! Baked goods made with butter taste the best at room temperature. Cold butter lacks flavor and can have an unpleasant taste and texture. We have to refrigerate most of our products to comply with local health department regulations. So we urge you to leave large cakes on the counter for 60 -90 minutes before serving. |
